Job summary

Frog Recruitment is seeking an Import Operations Coordinator in Ravenhall to support end-to-end import sea and air freight operations. The role offers hybrid work after training and an immediate start.

You’ll work with a global logistics team, handling documentation, invoicing, and milestones to ensure timely deliveries. Ideal candidates have 1+ year in import operations, knowledge of CW1, and strong communication.

Qualifications

• Freight forwarding import operations experience.
• At least 1 year in a similar role.
• Knowledge of sea/air freight import processes.
• Strong organisational skills and multitasking.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• CW1 (CargoWise) experience is highly regarded.
• Positive, team-focused attitude and willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Shipment registration and coordination.
• Monitor movements, transshipments and ETA updates.
• Handle pre-alerts and arrival notices.
• Process supplier tax invoices.
• EDO receival and release.
• Maintain records and documentation in CW1.
• Monitor shipment milestones and escalate issues.
• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders.
• Process buy and sell invoices with a focus on cost management.
• Manage daily inboxes and operational tasks.
