Job summary

NiCE is seeking a strategic, technically fluent leader to own AI product strategy at the crossroads of pre-sales and customer success. You will collaborate with Product Managers and Engineers and GTM teams to design, develop, and launch conversational AI agents that power large volumes of live customer interactions.

This role blends strategic thinking with hands-on agent design, requiring fluency in both business context and technical execution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or a related discipline (or demonstrated equivalent experience).
• An MBA or similar experience combining technology and business operations is a notable advantage.
• Proven ability to juggle multiple high-stakes projects at once.
• History of rallying cross-functional teams toward delivery in demanding environments.

Responsibilities

• Operate at the crossroads of AI product strategy, (pre) sales and customer success.
• Work with Product Managers and Engineers, and go-to-market teams, to define, develop, and launch conversational AI agents for high volumes of live interactions.
• Blend strategic thinking with hands-on agent design, requiring fluency in business context and technical execution.
• Serve as a strategic partner to customers, supporting AI initiatives' evolution, execution, and adoption.
• Convert business requirements into high-performing AI agents and lead delivery across multiple complex projects.
• Bridge the gap between technical teams and business stakeholders throughout the development lifecycle.
• Shape agent behavior through conversational design, product intuition, and performance data.
• Surface data-driven action items and iterations to sharpen customer outcomes and internal decision-making.
