Job summary

HCF is seeking an AI Governance Specialist to strengthen governance, risk and controls across the AI lifecycle. You will embed practical governance with business, technology, data and application teams, assess AI risks and support maturity of HCF’s Data and AI Governance capability.

You will help establish guardrails, translate technical requirements into governance documentation, and develop training to build capability across the organisation.

Qualifications

• 3+ years’ experience in AI governance, risk and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Support AI governance framework, policies, standards and guardrails.
• Conduct AI risk and control assessments and recommend risk treatments.
• Collaborate with tech, data, and business teams to embed governance.
• Provide guidance on AI and data risks, controls, governance and compliance.
• Maintain AI Asset Register and monitor AI risks and compliance.
• Help establish technical guardrails including access controls and workflows.
• Translate requirements into governance documentation and evidence.
• Develop governance training and awareness initiatives.
• Support data quality monitoring and governance reporting.
• Identify opportunities to automate governance processes using Generative AI.
