Job summary

The Recruitment Company is partnering with a leading financial services organisation to appoint a Senior Manager – AI Governance in Sydney. The role focuses on responsible, scalable AI adoption and governance across GenAI, LLMs and agentic AI.

You will own the governance roadmap, develop frameworks and controls, and work closely with technology, cyber, data, risk and senior business stakeholders to enable innovation with confidence.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of technology experience, including AI involvement.
• 4+ years in technology governance, risk or related discipline.
• Experience developing AI governance frameworks and risk assessments for modern AI tech.
• FS experience and familiarity with frameworks such as NIST AI RMF or ISO 42001 would be advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Own AI governance roadmap for GenAI, LLMs and agentic AI.
• Establish frameworks and controls to enable responsible AI adoption.
• Collaborate with technology, cyber, data, risk and senior business stakeholders.
• Advise stakeholders on AI opportunities and risks to enable innovation.
