Job summary

TRC Group in Australia is seeking a Senior Manager – AI Governance to own the AI governance roadmap, covering GenAI, LLMs and agentic AI, and to collaborate with technology, cyber, data, risk and senior business stakeholders. You'll establish the frameworks and controls that enable responsible, scalable AI adoption and balanced innovation across the financial services business.

Ideal candidates have 8+ years in technology, 4+ years in governance/risk, and experience developing AI governance

Qualifications

• 8+ years' technology experience, including direct involvement with AI.
• 4+ years' experience in technology governance, risk or a related discipline.
• Experience developing AI governance frameworks and assessing risks associated with modern AI technologies.
• Financial services experience and familiarity with frameworks such as NIST AI RMF or ISO 42001 would be advantageous.
