Job summary

The Recruitment Company is partnering with a leading financial services organisation to appoint a Senior Manager – AI Governance in Sydney. The role focuses on responsible, scalable AI adoption and governance across GenAI, LLMs and agentic AI.

You will own the governance roadmap, develop frameworks and controls, and work closely with technology, cyber, data, risk and senior business stakeholders to enable innovation with confidence.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of technology experience, including AI involvement.
• 4+ years in technology governance, risk or related discipline.
• Experience developing AI governance frameworks and risk assessments for modern AI tech.
• FS experience and familiarity with frameworks such as NIST AI RMF or ISO 42001 would be advantageous.

Responsibilities

We're partnering with a leading financial services organisation seeking a Senior Manager – AI Governance to take ownership of its AI governance roadmap, covering GenAI, LLMs and agentic AI.

You’ll help establish the frameworks and controls that allow the business to innovate confidently, working closely with technology, cyber, data, risk and senior business stakeholders.
