Salesforce is seeking a Commercial Account Executive for Service Cloud in Sydney to partner with fast-growing commercial customers, solving service and contact centre challenges with the full power of Salesforce and Agentforce. You will own a quota for Service Cloud, hunt new logos, manage a high-velocity pipeline, and run end-to-end sales cycles from discovery to close in a consultative, outcomes-led way.

Qualifications

3-5+ years of experience selling technology solutions in Customer Service or CX.
Track record of quota overachievement in B2B SaaS sales.
Strong discovery, solution framing, negotiation and close skills.
Comfort selling into high-velocity, named account sets.
Experience with SaaS software sales and CRM platforms, Salesforce a bonus.
