Salesforce, Inc. is seeking a Service Cloud Account Executive in Sydney to drive revenue for Service Cloud and Agentforce. You’ll partner with commercial customers to solve real service and CX challenges using Salesforce’s platform, managing full sales cycles from prospecting to close.

You’ll nurture relationships, evangelize AI-powered service solutions, and exceed quota through a consultative, outcomes-led approach, collaborating across teams to win complex deals in a dynamic market.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of experience selling technology solutions, ideally in Customer Service, Contact Centre, or CX.
• Track record of consistent quota overachievement.
• Strong consultative selling skills across discovery, solution framing, negotiation, and close.

Responsibilities

• Build and execute a Service Cloud sales strategy across your commercial territory.
• Act as trusted advisor to customers, understanding their service and CX challenges.
• Drive revenue growth by expanding within existing accounts and acquiring new logos.
