Salesforce is seeking a Service Cloud Account Executive to partner with fast-growing commercial customers, solving service and contact centre challenges with our AI-powered Agentforce platform. You will manage a named account set and carry quota, blending negotiation and strategic guidance.

In Australia, you will collaborate cross-functionally to close deals, scale customer success, and help leading organisations adopt the next era of customer experience through Salesforce's ecosystem.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years selling technology solutions.
• Track record of quota overachievement.
• Strong consultative selling across high-velocity pipelines.
• Experience with SaaS and CRM platforms.

Responsabilités

• Build and execute a Service Cloud sales strategy across your territory.
• Advise customers, understanding their service and CX challenges.
• Grow revenue in existing accounts and win new logos.
• Promote AI-powered service solutions including Agentforce.
• Lead full sales cycles: prospecting, discovery, design, negotiation, close.
• Consistently exceed quota with a consultative, outcome-led approach.
