Job summary

Designity is seeking an AI-enabled Senior Business Development Representative to drive growth through outbound prospecting and AI-powered research. You’ll own multichannel campaigns, prioritize opportunities, and convert conversations into qualified meetings in a remote setting targeting US-based decision-makers.

You will leverage AI tools to accelerate research, personalize outreach, and improve workflow efficiency while maintaining human judgment in every interaction.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on outbound B2B sales experience, preferably in SaaS or marketing services.
• Proven track record of meeting or beating sales quotas and generating qualified opportunities.
• Experience executing multichannel outreach with at least three channels (email, phone, LinkedIn).
• Familiarity with AI-powered tools to enhance research, prioritization, and messaging.
• Excellent written and verbal English for professional outreach and conversations.

Responsibilities

• Generate qualified business opportunities by targeting mid-market and enterprise brands aligned with the ICP.
• Execute multichannel outbound campaigns across email, calls, LinkedIn, and video with coordinated sequences.
• Incorporate AI tools to improve account research, prioritization, and personalization.
• Craft compelling outreach that connects Designity's value to each prospect's needs.
• Schedule meaningful discovery conversations and hand off properly to the sales team.
• Track and optimize performance through A/B tests and metrics like response rates and meetings booked.
• Maintain CRM hygiene, follow-ups, and data quality to support pipeline growth.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing to refine targeting, messaging, and AI-enabled approaches.
