Job summary

HowToo is seeking a Learning Designer to craft AI-powered customer education with hands-on client work and workshops that shape product experiences. You will design curricula and storyboards, build scalable learning solutions, and collaborate with product teams to turn insights into features used by customers globally.

You’ll run workshops, shape learning strategies, and contribute to a growing library of ready-to-go lessons, while ensuring strong customer outcomes in a fast-moving startup

Qualifications

• Experience in learning design or instructional design.
• Strong curriculum design and workshop facilitation skills.
• Experience working directly with customers or stakeholders.
• Curiosity about AI and enthusiasm for using it to improve how you work.
• A commercial mindset and focus on customer outcomes.
• Excellent communication skills.
• The ability to thrive in a fast-moving startup where priorities evolve quickly.

Responsibilities

• Lead customer discovery, curriculum and learning design workshops.
• Design engaging digital learning experiences that achieve measurable business outcomes.
• Develop learning strategies, curricula, blueprints and storyboards.
• Partner with customers throughout project delivery.
• Coach and review the work of other learning designers.
• Translate customer insights into new product features, AI capabilities and learning methodologies.
• Build and continually improve AI learning agents.
• Develop and maintain HowToo's ready-to-go lesson library.
• Contribute to blogs, webinars and thought leadership where it adds value.
