Job summary

JobsTrackR is seeking a Learning & Development Trainer to design, deliver and support training programs across technology and AI tools used within the business. This role sits in our corporate services team and helps staff adopt new tools and improve workflows.

You will run instructor‑led trainings, create training materials and quick reference guides, and provide ongoing user support, bridging end users with internal development teams to surface issues and gather feedback.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering training across technology platforms and AI tools.
• Knowledge of AI tools and learning management systems is beneficial.
• Experience in professional services or legal environments is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver instructor-led trainings for individuals and groups across face-to-face, webinars, and virtual formats.
• Create and maintain training materials, quick-reference guides, and documentation for varying skill levels.
• Provide ongoing user support and troubleshoot issues, acting as a bridge between end users and internal development teams to surface feedback.
• Track training participation and engagement and support adoption of technology tools across the business.
