Job summary

1Finity is seeking an E-Learning Developer/Interactive Learning Designer with a focus on AI-driven learning experiences for telecom professionals. You will blend instructional design with emerging technologies to create impactful digital learning solutions and act as a thought leader across the organization.

The role covers end-to-end course development, onboarding to deployment, and collaboration with data scientists to leverage learning analytics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in instructional design or related field.
• 3+ years in e-learning development, preferably in telecom or tech industries.
• Proficiency in e-learning authoring tools and LMS platforms (Articulate Rise, Storyline; Moodle, Canvas, SuccessFactors).
• Experience with SCORM/xAPI compliance and LMS compatibility.
• Experience with AI tools in learning (Synthesia, ChatGPT, adaptive learning engines).

Responsibilities

• Design and develop interactive e-learning modules.
• Collaborate with SMEs and instructional designers to translate telecom concepts into content.
• Ensure SCORM/xAPI compliance and LMS compatibility.
• Create content in multiple formats including videos, animations, storyboards, scripts, and workshops.
• Manage complex portfolio of projects and timelines.
