Qualifications

• 3+ years experience in an HR operational role.
• Experience with employees in JAPAC countries is advantageous.
• Knowledge of employment laws across multiple regions.
• Experience in a global business environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with HR Partners and COEs to implement programs and initiatives.
• Build credible relationships with leaders and employees to enable effective communications and relations.
• Produce regular and ad-hoc reports to quantify people metrics.
• Conduct research and analyze data on assigned projects.
• Assist with Performance Improvement Processes in partnership with HR Partners.
• Advise employees on people-related queries with HR Operations and Total Rewards.
• Utilise AI technologies to enhance decision-making and streamline workflows.
