Job summary

Randstad HR Partners Sydney is recruiting an agile HR Business Partner to support a national digital health leader. You will partner with senior leaders, coach managers, and drive P&C initiatives across divisions to lift decision quality and workforce engagement.

Reporting to the Senior HR Manager, you will handle employee relations, safety obligations, and enterprise programs, while leveraging Dayforce and AI-enabled tools to streamline processes and deliver value in a dynamic health

Responsibilities

Consultative partnering: coach managers to handle people matters, interpret workforce data, translate engagement results into action.
End-to-End Employee Relations: manage ER casework from coaching to investigations, risk mitigation and Fair Work Act compliance.
WHS & Wellbeing Ownership: lead safety, wellbeing policies, workers' comp, return-to-work plans, risk reviews.
Enterprise Program Delivery: support annual performance and remuneration cycles with guidance and tracking in Dayforce.
Change & Transition Support: guide leaders through restructures and role redesigns with proper consultation.
Operational Excellence: leverage Dayforce and AI tools to streamline workflows and ensure service continuity.
