Job summary

You will collaborate with JAPAC HR Business Partners on talent management, employment relations, performance, engagement, employee development, recognition, compensation and benefits.

Qualifications

• Min. 3+ years experience in an HR Operational role in a global environment.
• Knowledge of employment laws across JAPAC countries is advantageous.
• Experience using Workday is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Provide broad HR support across the employee lifecycle.
• Partner with HRBPs on Talent Management, Employment Relations and Performance.
• Support engagement, development, recognition, compensation and compliance.
• Advise on people-related queries with discretion and confidentiality.
