About the Role

We are looking for a forward-thinking HR Generalist to join our HR team. The role gives broad HR support across the employee lifecycle while actively embracing and contributing to the integration of AI-powered tools and technologies that are shaping the future of HR.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with HR Business Partners and COEs to implement and support programs, policies and initiatives
• Build credible and trusting relationships with leaders and employees to facilitate effective employee communications and relations
• Produce regular and ad-hoc reports to ensure people business metrics are quantified and outcome driven
• Conduct research and analyse data on assigned projects
• Own and assist HR Business Partners with the delivery of Performance Improvement Processes
• Advise employees on people-related queries in partnership with HR Operations and Total Rewards
• Ensure adherence to established policies and procedures and support their ongoing development
• Assist with employee off-boarding process including Workday workflow, communication and exit surveys/interviews and separation agreements
• Utilise AI technologies to enhance decision-making, streamline workflows and processes, improve efficiency and drive business outcomes

What You'll Need

• Extremely organised and thrive in an environment that is mission-driven, results oriented and team spirited
• Ability collaborate on various projects from conception to completion and work under pressure with discretion
• Min. 3+ years experience in an HR Operational role, comparable industry/organisation
• Knowledge of employment laws across various JAPAC countries would also be advantageous
• Experience working within a global business is preferred
• Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
• Ability to perform well in a fast-paced environment and be an effective problem solver
• Self-motivated and willing to identify opportunities to innovate
• Enthusiasm for adopting AI tools to increase efficiency and effectiveness in HR processes and employee support
• Strong result and goal orientation
• Good judgement, maintain confidentiality and work with minimal supervision
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
