Job summary

CrowdStrike Holdings, Inc. seeks an experienced Business Operations Manager in Sydney to partner with executives and sales teams, delivering data-informed insights to plan and execute go-to-market strategies. You will drive forecasting, data governance, and cross-functional improvements to enable scalable growth.

The role requires 5+ years in revenue operations or related fields, strong SQL/BI tool experience, and a collaborative, fast-paced mindset.

Qualifications

5+ years experience in Revenue/Sales Operations, Sales, Finance, or related field.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance or another quantitative field.
Experience with Salesforce.com is required.
MS Excel power user.
Experience with BI tools (Tableau, Power BI) preferred.

Responsibilities

Build and execute sales strategies for APJ with regional leaders.
Facilitate sales forecasting with Sales leadership.
Ensure compliance with Opportunity Management and Salesforce Hygiene.
Manage customer and transactional data quality and organization.
Prepare and support operational, strategic, and tactical reporting for stakeholders.
Provide data-led insights into trends, gaps, and opportunities to drive plan execution.
Lead onboarding and training of operational tools and processes for sales reps.
Collaborate with Revenue Optimization to improve deal effectiveness and align CPQ/Finance/HR/Legal.
