Job summary

Zurich Australia is seeking a People Analytics and Automation Specialist to transform HR data, automate workflows and enable AI-enabled insights. You will work within the People Team, partnering with HR, Finance and business stakeholders to deliver data-driven solutions and responsible governance.

The role focuses on building intelligent analytics capabilities, designing scalable automation, and delivering regulatory insights while maintaining strong privacy and security practices.

Qualifications

• Experience in analytics, BI reporting or technology delivery, ideally within HR.
• Advanced Power BI capabilities including dashboard development, data modelling and actionable insights.
• Experience with enterprise data platforms, data lakes and data warehouses.
• Hands-on with Microsoft Power Platform: Power Automate and Power Apps.
• Able to design and deploy scalable automation, AI or digital workflow solutions.

Responsibilities

• Build and evolve Zurich's people analytics capability with reporting and workforce insights.
• Design and deliver automated workflows and digital solutions to improve efficiency and employee experiences.
• Develop AI-enabled solutions, including Copilot and agent-based capabilities, to extend People Team effectiveness.
• Partner with HR, Finance and business stakeholders to solve workforce challenges.
• Deliver regulatory reporting and people insights to support compliance and decision making.
• Champion privacy, security, governance and data quality in all solutions.
