Job summary

Healthdirect Australia is seeking a Senior HR Manager to shape People and Culture services across the organisation. You will lead a multidisciplinary team spanning business partnering, talent acquisition and people systems to deliver an integrated function while consolidating systems and service models.

Qualifications

• Senior HR leader with breadth across business partnering, talent acquisition and people systems.
• Experience implementing or administering Dayforce and related HR tech.
• Strong capability in workforce analytics and governance of data and privacy.
• Knowledge of Fair Work Act, NES and WHS obligations.

Responsibilities

• Set Dayforce direction and broader people systems roadmap with AI and analytics.
• Design and deliver enterprise HR programs including performance management and remuneration.
• Build a self‑service oriented service model with clear standards and escalation paths.
• Oversee employee relations, WHS oversight and policy compliance.
• Lead recruitment operations and oversee vendor performance.
• Coach a multidisciplinary P&C team and develop AI/workforce analytics capability.
