Job summary

Hewlett Packard Enterprise is seeking a CSP Presales Architect to drive technical enablement and complex solution design across hybrid and multi‑cloud environments. You will collaborate with partners to architect, deploy, and demonstrate validated architectures, ensuring successful customer outcomes and scalable, cost‑effective solutions.

The role requires strong virtualization expertise, strong communication skills, and a proven track record in technical selling within CSP/MSP ecosystems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT, or related field.
• 5–10 years of technical IT experience with emphasis on technical selling.
• Proven track record in solution configurations and architecture design (virtualization: VMware ESXi, Hyper-V, KVM).
• Experience with Aria Operations and/or Aria Automation architectures.
• Basic Linux/Windows OS, networking (VLANs, routing, virtual switching) and storage knowledge.
• Hands-on scripting/automation (PowerShell, Bash).
• Ability to deliver technical and business value to partners and customers; enablement and post‑sales support.
• Industry virtualization/IT infra certifications are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop compelling customer proposals that align with business and technical needs.
• Provide technical expertise in virtualization and infrastructure solutions.
• Support CSP partner sales with demos, PoCs, and technical presentations.
• Identify business opportunities through partner engagements, upsell and cross-sell.
• Collaborate with internal teams and partners to design cost-effective, scalable solutions.
• Monitor industry trends and competitor offerings to refine value proposition.
• Document and track partner activities for forecasting and pipeline management.
• Act as trusted advisor, addressing partner concerns and ensuring alignment with IT ecosystems.
