Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Senior Partner Manager in Sydney to drive revenue growth by acquiring net-new business with Indie Agencies and onboarding them into the Accenture partner ecosystem. Qualifications

• 2 years of experience in Digital Marketing, Sales, and/or Account Management.
• Bachelor’s degree.

Responsibilities

• Conduct sales conversations with agencies to activate accounts and grow active portfolios.
• Develop and implement full-funnel sales strategies for net-new business.
• Manage and grow digital marketing agency relationships to drive revenue and retention.
• Maintain understanding of agency client portfolios, planning cycles, and priorities.
• Collaborate with agency leadership on strategy, product adoption, and mutual success metrics.
• Lead complex conversations with senior decision-makers to address objectives.
• Build and manage a pipeline of high-impact agency partners from prospecting to onboarding.
• Deliver on monthly and quarterly revenue KPIs and performance objectives.
• Maintain accurate pipeline, activity, and forecasting in CRM tools.
• Excel in objection handling, listening, and value-based communication.
• Aim to exceed team KPIs and contribute to continuous improvement.
