Job summary

Accenture Song Melbourne is seeking a General Manager to lead a major client partnership. This role combines client leadership with a strategic, data-driven approach to media across strategy, planning, activation, and performance.

You will drive revenue and profitability while shaping the client’s marketing agenda and growing the relationship within Accenture Song and the broader Accenture ecosystem. The role requires deep experience managing large, complex client relationships in a media agency

Qualifications

Senior leadership experience with major client partnerships in a media environment.
Proven ownership of commercial outcomes including revenue, margin and renewals.
Ability to shape client business and marketing agendas with strategic insight.

Responsibilities

Own and grow a significant senior client relationship; act as trusted strategic partner.
Set strategic direction for the account and identify high-impact opportunities.
Lead cross-functional teams across media strategy, planning, activation, data and technology.
Own account commercial performance: revenue, margin, forecasting and resourcing.
Lead commercial conversations around scope, remuneration and renewals.
Ensure work delivers measurable outcomes aligned to client objectives.
Identify opportunities to expand relationships across Accenture Song and Accenture.
Develop a high-performing leadership team with clear accountability.
