Job summary

Scalabrini Communities is seeking a Learning Quality Facilitator to lead end-to-end learning in a NSW village, collaborating with the PLC Learning team and Quality Team. You’ll drive training, onboarding and continuous improvement to ensure high-quality resident care.

You will coordinate regulatory training, maintain LMS resources and coach staff, while aligning with accreditation standards and village plans. AHPRA registration and relevant qualifications are essential.

Qualifications

• Enrolled Nurse or Registered Nurse registration with AHPRA.
• Certificate IV in Training & Assessment (or equivalent Diploma).
• 3+ years’ experience as an Enrolled Nurse, including 3+ years in aged care.
• 1+ years’ experience in learning and development or a nurse educator role.
• Understanding of aged care legislation, standards and accreditation process.
• Strong analytical, auditing and reporting skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, with kindness and understanding.
• Strong facilitation skills and ability to apply adult learning principles.
• Experience administering a Learning Management System.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Identify training needs and contribute to learning solutions that build capability.
• Facilitate clinical and non-clinical workshops and assessments for your Village.
• Coordinate onboarding, including induction and compliance training for new starters and staff.
• Ensure regulatory training is completed and your Village stays compliant.
• Maintain library of development resources to keep pace with the aged care industry.
• Coach employees to build their skills and confidence.
• Maintain LMS and report to Learning Manager.
