Job summary

OLC Care in Sydney is seeking a Quality and Education Coordinator (Residential Aged Care) to join the QA and Education team. The role is three days per week, delivering tailored training, leading audits, and supporting accreditation processes across our facilities.

The successful candidate will provide clinical guidance, mentor care teams, design training contents, and contribute to continuous improvement in resident care.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of registered nurse experience in aged care.
• Experience with accreditation processes.
• Design and deliver tailored education programs.
• Ability to conduct internal audits and reporting.
• Hold a valid Driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Act as clinical consultant for personal and health/clinical care matters.
• Conduct internal audits, reporting, and follow ups.
• Design and improve training contents.
• Deliver tailored education, toolboxes and orientation.
• Mentor care teams to provide high quality care and services to residents.
• Support accreditation preparedness.
