Job summary

Sweeping Corporation of America is seeking a Learning & Quality Facilitator to lead the full learning lifecycle within a Village, from identifying training needs to delivery and assessment. You will drive quality and continuous improvement to ensure residents receive excellent care and services.

The role combines development delivery, onboarding coordination, regulatory compliance, and LMS maintenance, reporting to the Learning Manager.

Qualifications

• Enrolled Nurse or Registered Nurse with AHPRA and current practice certificate.
• Certificate IV in Training & Assessment (or equivalent Diploma).
• 3+ years' experience as an Enrolled Nurse, including 3+ years in an aged care environment.
• 1+ years' experience in learning and development or a nurse educator role.
• Understanding of aged care legislation, standards and accreditation process.
• Strong analytical, auditing and reporting skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, with kindness and understanding.
• Strong facilitation skills and the ability to apply adult learning principles.
• Experience administering a Learning Management System.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Own the full cycle of learning in the Village—from identifying training needs to delivering and assessing.
• Facilitate clinical and non-clinical workshops and assessments for the Village.
• Coordinate onboarding, induction and compliance training for new starters and staff.
• Ensure regulatory training is completed and Village stays compliant.
• Maintain the library of development resources.
• Coach employees to build skills and confidence.
• Maintain the LMS and report to the Learning Manager.
• Support quality assurance activities aligning with Accreditation standards and Village plan.
• Organise and monitor monthly quality assurance audits.
• Monitor resident care quality and identify compliance gaps.
• Manage the Feedback Register and reflect actions in the Continuous Improvement Plan.
• Review Village Meeting Minutes to ensure actions are completed.
• Collaborate with Village teams to optimise resident outcomes.
