Arcare Burnside is seeking a General Services Manager and Roster Coordinator to oversee non-clinical operations including catering, environmental services, laundry and maintenance. You will work to enhance resident quality of life and ensure smooth residence operations within a supportive leadership team.

This full-time role requires strong people leadership, regulatory understanding of aged care, excellent communication, and a solutions-driven mindset.

Formación

• Strong people leadership and team management capability.

Responsabilidades

• Catering and Dining Services: oversee meals and dietary services for residents.
• Environmental Management: supervise cleaners and laundry attendants.
• Maintenance Management: oversee maintenance requests and repairs.
• Service Providers Management: manage external contractors and compliance.
• Extra Services Management: ensure services meet obligations and expectations.
• Budget and Resource Management: develop and manage budgets for remit.
• Staff Management: supervise and develop non-clinical staff.
