Ideal candidates will have AHPRA registration, proven management experience in aged care or health services, and strong communication and problem-solving skills to drive continuous improvement and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Previous management experience in aged care or health services.
• Current AHPRA Registration.
• Strong understanding of aged care regulations and trends.

Responsibilities

• Staff Management: Overseeing leadership roles across Clinical, Environmental, Catering, Lifestyle and Administration; hiring, training and performance evaluations.
• Resident Support: Ensuring high-quality care addressing physical, emotional, and social needs.
• Budgeting and Financial Management: Developing and managing residence budgets and resource allocation.
• Quality Improvement: Implementing quality and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Regulatory Compliance: Ensuring adherence to laws, regulations and industry standards for aged care.
• Communication: Maintaining effective communication with residents, families, staff and external stakeholders.
