Job summary

BlueCare in Caboolture is seeking a Customer Relations Specialist to join our community sales contact centre on a permanent, full-time basis. You will manage new and existing customers and their loved ones via both inbound and outbound calls, guiding them through the journey after funding is obtained.

• Quality the level of enquiry and match prospects to specialists for service continuation.
