Job summary

Caffery’s is seeking an organised Aftersales Administrator to join our Service team in Echuca. You will work closely with the Aftersales Manager and Aftersales Coordinator to manage service job administration, invoicing, warranty claims, purchasing and daily customer support.

We value detail-minded, reliable administrators who communicate clearly, keep accurate records and thrive in a busy, deadline-driven environment. Automotive or agricultural machinery knowledge is advantageous.

Qualifications

• Service job administration, invoicing, warranty claims, purchasing and day-to-day customer support.
• Excellent attention to detail across data entry of invoicing, purchasing and document control.
• Strong administration, scheduling and prioritisation skills.
• Sound computer literacy, including Microsoft 365 programs.
• An understanding of farming communities and rural operations would be an advantage.
• Experience with Pronto or in an automotive or agricultural machinery dealership will be highly regarded.
