Job summary

Extend After School Care in NSW is seeking an OOSH Coordinator to lead activities and ensure safety from 2:15 PM to 6:00 PM, Monday to Friday. The role includes planning engaging activities, supervising children, and coordinating with the Programs Engagement Manager to meet compliance and ratings.

Salary is hourly with super and retention payments where applicable. Qualifications include a Diploma/Bachelor/Master in Early Childhood or related fields, WWC, First Aid/CPR, and willingness to obtain

Responsibilities

• Plan and program science experiments, sports and arts activities for kids.
• Lead a safe, inclusive environment where children feel valued.
• Prepare healthy snacks to maintain energy levels.
• Collaborate with Programs Engagement Manager on assessments with compliance support.
• Engage stakeholders and build integrated OOSH programs.
• Manage day-to-day operations of the service.

About your service: All Saints Grammar

Hourly Rate: $47.81 to $50.00 Per Hour + 12% Super.

Additional payment of $2.00- $2.15 per hour available under Worker Retention Payment Scheme.

• After School Care: 2:15 PM- 6:00 PM
• Hours: Monday to Friday. Guaranteed all school days.
• Travel: Work close to home
• Professional development sessions are paid training sessions, and Retention payments are above award.

As our OOSH Service Coordinator you will:

• Champion Quality: Work with your Programs Engagement Manager on Assessment & Ratings with the full backing of our compliance experts at our unit TEG Compass.
• The Community Connector: Ensure every stakeholder is heard and valued while building successful, integrated OOSH programs.
