Extend After School Care at Bowral Public School, Bowral, is seeking an OOSH Service Coordinator for Vacation Care. The role offers casual hours with Monday to Friday availability and vacation care blocks up to 38 hours per week, at an hourly rate of $47-50 plus 12% super.

You’ll lead engaging activities, maintain safety and inclusivity, prepare healthy snacks, and work with a Programs Engagement Manager to ensure quality and compliance across the service.

Qualifications

• Diploma or higher in Early Childhood, Primary Teaching, or related field is desirable.
• Valid Working With Children Check and Child Protection training required or willing to obtain.
• First Aid, CPR, Anaphylaxis & Asthma management training (willingness to obtain).

Job Details & Role

About your service: Bowral Public School, Bowral

Hourly Rate: $47- $50 Per Hour + 12% Super.

Additional payment of $2.00- $2.15 per hour available under Worker Retention Payment Scheme.

• Days Required: Monday to Friday. Five days per week required during vacation care only.
• Vacation Care: Starting from 28 September 2026. Upto 38 Hours per week.
• Contract: Casual.
• Professional development sessions are paid training sessions, and Retention payments are above award.

• Chef it up: Whip up healthy, tasty snacks that keep the energy levels high.
• Champion Quality: Work with your Programs Engagement Manager on Assessment & Ratings with the full backing of our compliance experts at our unit TEG Compass.
• The Community Connector: Ensure every stakeholder is heard and valued while building successful, integrated OOSH programs.
• The Clockwork Catalyst: Manage the day-to-day "business" of the service, ensuring everything runs like clockwork.
