Apparition Media in Melbourne’s Brunswick area is seeking a Sales Executive to join our team. You’ll work with senior account managers, help turn client briefs into campaigns on the street, and contribute to proposals and client meetings.

You’ll grow into managing briefs and client relationships, with exposure to hand-painted murals, posters, projections and experiential activations. This role blends sales, creative and production in a dynamic studio setting.

Qualifikationen

• Around 12–18 months in media sales support, administration or coordination.
• Willingness to advance into advertising sales and client management.
• Experience with presenting to clients and coordinating campaigns.

Aufgaben

• Prepare brief responses, client presentations and campaign proposals.
• Support senior account managers with day-to-day sales and client communications.
• Join agency meetings, presentations and site visits.
• Produce post-campaign reports that showcase results.
• Coordinate campaign information with production and content teams.
• Keep HubSpot and sales materials up to date.
• Research brands and agencies to spot new opportunities.
• Use MOVE to support campaign recommendations.
