Job summary

QMS Media in Melbourne is seeking a proactive Trading Executive to join our outdoor media operations. You will manage contracts, oversee inventory movement, and support sales with compelling proposals in a hybrid role based in South Melbourne.

You’ll ensure audit-compliant contracts, maintain system data, and onboard new clients while coordinating with Sales, Finance and Commercial teams. A detail-oriented, collaborative mindset is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in administration, coordination, sales support, or media operations (media background is a bonus, but not required!).
• Outstanding attention to detail - rock-solid accuracy across contracts, reporting, and system entries.
• Comfort with routine and structure - you embrace a role with core repetitive tasks, bringing consistency, focus, and high quality to day-to-day processes.
• Stellar organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and tight deadlines smoothly.

Responsibilities

• Be the operational backbone of our Trading team, keeping inventory moving and contracts running like clockwork.
• Support our Sales superstars by creating top-notch campaign proposals and securing inventory holds.
• Own the contract lifecycle - ensuring signed deals meet audit compliance, updating system details, and setting up new clients.
• Master our small-format portfolio, managing weekly occupancy reporting and onboarding exciting new sites.
• Keep things running seamlessly when digital sites go offline, collaborating with Sales and Traders to keep campaigns on track.
• Team up across the business - collaborating with Sales, Finance, and Commercial to solve queries and hit shared goals.
