The Royal Australasian College of Physicians in Sydney is seeking a motivated Reservation Booking Manager to join our team. The role focuses on coordinating reservations for adventure packages, ensuring a smooth booking experience for clients.

You will communicate with clients by phone and email, coordinate with sales, marketing, and operations, and use reservation software to track bookings, payments, and cancellations while delivering exceptional customer service.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, travel, or hospitality industry.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in using reservation management software and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to work independently and in a team setting.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a positive attitude.

Responsabilités

• Manage and coordinate all aspects of reservations for our various adventure packages, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable booking experience for our customers
• Communicate with clients via phone and email to provide information, answer questions, and assist with any concerns regarding their reservations
• Collaborate with our sales and marketing teams to regularly update and promote our packages and special offers
• Utilize reservation management software to track bookings, payments, and cancellations accurately
• Work closely with our operations team to ensure that all reservations are confirmed and all necessary arrangements are made for customers' travel needs
• Provide exceptional customer service by efficiently and effectively resolving any issues that may arise before, during, or after a trip
• Maintain accurate records of reservations and customer information to ensure smooth operation and efficient communication between all departments
• Assist in the development and implementation of new processes and procedures to improve the reservation booking experience for both customers and staff
