You’ll assist with frontline tasks, respond to calls and emails, and help cultivate a caring, sales-driven culture within a growing Australian expedition travel company.

Qualifications

• Prior travel industry experience preferred but not required.
• Experience managing a team.
• Reservations or sales background.
• Excellent communication both verbally and written.
• Able to prioritise and multi-task to meet deadlines.
• Strong administration skills with accuracy and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in reservations/systems and Microsoft Office programs.

• Oversee the Reservations department, including Sales and Service, led by Team Leaders.
• Manage daily team operations, resource allocation, mentoring, reporting and escalations.
• Assist with frontline tasks, responding to calls and emails.
