We are continuing to grow and are looking for a motivated and organised Administration Or to join our team at our Warwick Farm office.
This is a great opportunity for an experienced administrator looking for a flexible part-time position, or someone looking to build their administration career within the transport and logistics industry.
You will provide general administrative support across the business, with exposure to fleet, property and compliance-related administration.
Perform general administrative duties and provide support across the business.
Provide administrative support to the Fleet Department, including accident management and vehicle registrations.
Assist with property administration and maintain accurate property records.
Maintain accurate fleet and vehicle information within internal systems.
Process and allocate traffic infringements to the relevant drivers.
Respond to telephone enquiries in a professional and timely manner.
Provide administrative support to management and other departments as required.
Assist with additional administrative tasks and projects as required.
We are looking for someone who is organised, reliable and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.
You will ideally have:
A professional and confident telephone manner.
Excellent organisational skills and the ability to multitask, prioritise workloads and meet deadlines.
A good understanding of Australian road rules and traffic regulations.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel and Outlook.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
The ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Previous administration experience is desirable,
