Job summary

EIM Training on the Gold Coast is seeking an experienced Administration Coordinator to support student services, records and compliance within our growing RTO environment.

You will work closely with management, trainers and the administration team to maintain accurate records, manage enrolments, withdrawals and reporting, and help improve processes that drive efficient operations across multiple campuses.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in an RTO administration environment.
  • Understanding of VET compliance and student administration processes.
  • Experience with Student Management Systems (aXcelerate highly regarded).
  • Knowledge of Queensland State Funding requirements and DTET processes.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate day-to-day administration activities across EIM Training’s operations.
  • Maintain accurate student records and ensure documentation meets RTO compliance requirements.
  • Process and manage student administration requirements, including enrolments, withdrawals, completions and reporting.
  • Generate reports and maintain data accuracy within the Student Management System (aXcelerate).
  • Support funding and compliance administration requirements, including Queensland State Funding obligations.
  • Work collaboratively with trainers and administration staff across multiple campuses.
  • Assist with student inductions, communications and administration processes.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to continuous improvement activities.
  • Provide administrative support to management and assist with business priorities as required.

Job description

EIM Training is a Queensland-based Registered Training Organisation (RTO) delivering high-quality vocational education and training across Childcare and Instrumentation qualifications.

As we continue to expand, we are seeking an experienced Administration Coordinator to join our team and play an important role in supporting our administration operations, student services and compliance requirements.

The Opportunity

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety, takes pride in being organised, and understands the importance of accurate administration within an RTO environment.

Working closely with management, trainers and the wider administration team, you will support the smooth operation of our training delivery by ensuring student records, reporting requirements and administrative processes are maintained to a high standard.

You will be someone who enjoys improving processes, solving problems and contributing ideas that help a growing business continue to improve.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate day-to-day administration activities across EIM Training’s operations.

About You

You will be an organised and proactive administration professional who enjoys working in a supportive, fast-paced environment.

To be successful in this role, you will have:

Previous experience working within an RTO administration environment.

Understanding of VET compliance requirements and student administration processes.

Experience with Student Management Systems (aXcelerate experience highly regarded).

Knowledge of Queensland State Funding requirements and DTET processes (highly regarded).

Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.

Excellent communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with students, trainers and staff.

Ability to manage competing priorities and work independently while contributing to a team environment.
