Housing Industry Association (HIA) is recruiting an RTO Administrator to support the training team with data entry, record keeping and reporting for enrolments and courses in accordance with ASQA and funding agreements.
The role requires autonomy, initiative, and strong customer service, with responsibilities including funding contract administration, monthly uploads, and liaison with the national training team. Based in an Australian office, full-time permanent position.

We are currently seeking an RTO Administrator who is responsible for providing operational and administrative support to the training team members utilising HIA’s operating systems.
This role assists in the administration of contractual requirements for funding and grant opportunities to meet both budget targets and operational requirements. This role is a full time permanent opportunity located in any of our Australian offices.
The RTO Administrator provides operational and administrative support by ensuring the compliant data entry, record keeping and reporting of student enrolments and HIA courses as per ASQA, HIA and Funding contract requirements.
This position will ideally suit someone who can operate with a reasonable amount of autonomy, initiative, and independent decision-making.
