CERT Training, a subsidiary of Engenco Limited, is seeking a Training Administration Officer to support student enrolments, certificate issuance and the student management system. You will report to the Training Operations Coordinator and work with the Salisbury Team to ensure smooth training operations.
The role requires high-accuracy data entry, strong communication skills and proficiency in MS Office, with desirable experience in aXcelerate and related systems.

CERT are looking for a detail-oriented Training Administration Officer to play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service and operational support. In this role, you will manage day-to-day administrative and personnel services, including student enrolments, certificate issuance, and maintaining the student management system. You will be the backbone of our training operations - ensuring students are supported every step of the way through the administration process.
This role will report to Training Operations Coordinator and collaborates closely with the Salisbury Team.
