Job summary

Harvey Norman Balgowlah Administration Team is seeking an Administration 2IC who is passionate about delivering Great Service, Always! to customers in a fast-paced retail environment.

You will support purchasing processes, liaise with customers, and assist the administration manager with tasks including creditors, debtors, payroll, and monthly reporting. A motivated, organized team player is essential to lead and inspire the team daily.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills in English (verbal and written).
• Highly organized with strong time management skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and motivate a team.
• Assist administration manager with creditors, debtors, payroll, and monthly reporting.
• Experience with purchasing processes and coordinating retail operations.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and liaise with customers.
• Support purchasing processes and general retail operations.
• Assist administration manager with creditors, debtors, banking reconciliation, accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and reporting.
• Lead and coach the team as 2IC and ensure smooth day-to-day administration.
