Job summary

Harvey Norman is seeking a customer service focused 2IC for the Auburn Warehouse to help deliver Great Service, Always! to customers. You will support dispatch/receiving, coach staff, and liaise with customers to ensure smooth operations.

The role requires leadership, strong communication, and the ability to work across a team while adhering to WH&S guidelines and weekend/holiday shifts.

Qualifications

• Experience in warehouse management and order dispatch/receiving.

Responsibilities

• Assist the 2IC with dispatching and receiving orders and coaching staff.
• Liaise with customers to provide exceptional service.
• Distribute goods in and out of the warehouse and assist with loading trucks.
• Ensure WH&S policies are followed and maintain accurate records.

The Harvey Norman @ Domayne Auburn Warehouse Team is seeking a passionate, customer service focused 2IC to join them in delivering Great Service, Always! to their customers.

As a 2IC, you have a good understanding of the dispatching and receiving of orders, coaching staff and liaising with customers providing exceptional customer service.

To be successful you must:

• Be highly motivated and results driven person with outstanding customer service and communication skills


• Enjoy working in a team environment

What we require:

• Excellent communication skills in both verbal and written


• To be highly organised and possess great time management skills


• Experience in warehouse management


• Have the ability to warehouse operations, assist coaching, lead and motivated an enthusiastic team


• Must be motivated and have a great eye for detail


• Experience checking delivery sheets


• Effective, timely and accurate distribution of goods in and out of our warehouse, including loading of trucks


• A strong commitment to WH&S policies and procedures


• Enthusiasm and willingness to learn with a \"can do\" attitude


• Ability to prioritise workload and meet deadlines


• Flexibility across retail trading hours including weekends, public holidays and late night trades


• Current Forklift, Drivers and Pickers License (preferred)
