Job summary

Harvey Norman is seeking a passionate Administration 2IC for the Balgowlah team to deliver Great Service, Always! to customers. As a 2IC, you will oversee purchasing processes, retail operations, and liaise with customers to provide exceptional service.

The role requires excellent English communication, strong organisational skills, and the ability to lead and motivate a team while handling accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and monthly reporting with minimal supervision.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills, verbal and written English.
• Strong organisational and time-management abilities.
• Ability to lead, motivate and coach a team.
• Experience with accounts-related tasks (creditors/debtors, payroll) and general administration.

Responsibilities

• Assist administration manager with creditors, debtors, banking reconciliation, accounts payable/receivable, payroll, cash books and monthly reporting.
• Maintain high levels of customer service and liaise with customers.
• Support purchasing processes and retail operations.
• Lead and motivate the administration team to deliver Great Service, Always!
