Job summary

Everyday Mobility in Nowra is seeking a Showroom Specialist to join our admin, customer service and sales team. This hands-on role supports the elderly and disabled community by handling enquiries, quotes and service coordination.

You’ll spend your days responding to phone and email queries, preparing invoices and booking forms, liaising with therapists and coordinators, processing orders, and helping with store displays.

Qualifications

• Organised, detail-focused with ability to manage multiple admin tasks
• Strong customer service mindset and professional demeanour
• Proficient with emails, invoicing and data entry
• Physically able to move light equipment and assist with basic assembly
• Willing to obtain Police Check and NDIS Screening Check
• Clear verbal and written communication skills
• Proactive: takes initiative and solves problems with attention to detail
• Confident in presenting options and managing expectations
• Able to work both independently and as part of a team
• Up to date with flu and COVID vaccinations
• Weekdays only: Mon–Fri, 9:00–4:30

AtEveryday Mobility, we help people stay independent, mobile, and confident. Our family-run business supports the elderly and disabled community across the Eurobodalla, Shoalhaven and Illawarra, through the sale, rental and servicing of mobility equipment.

What’s the role?

This is a varied and meaningful position with astrong focus on administration, alongside customer service and retail duties.

You’ll spend your time:

• Liaising with occupational therapists, support coordinators and case managers on quotes and funding
• Entering orders, updating stock records, tracking and accepting supplier deliveries
• Coordinating customer appointments and deliveries
• Demonstrating and explaining how our equipment works
• Booking jobs for our service and delivery team
• Assembling products and assisting with basic store displays

We’re looking for someone who is:

• Organised and detail-focused– managing multiple admin tasks confidently

• Computer literate– confident with emails, invoicing, data entry, not just comfortable using a computer
• Physically able– to move light equipment and assist with basic assembly

• Confident, not just agreeable– comfortable saying "let’s find the right option" rather than promising something we can’t deliver
