Aidacare on the Gold Coast is looking for a front-line sales professional to build strong client relationships, capitalise on opportunities, and meet sales targets. You should be an excellent communicator, quick to grasp our products and passionate about sales.

Based in Southport, Queensland, the role runs Monday–Friday, full-time with a permanent contract. You will travel within your sales area, demo equipment from your van, support therapists, and receive in-house training plus a quarterly

• Experience in sales is essential; background in sales preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in aged care or disability equipment is preferred.
• Willing to travel regularly within sales area.

In thisintegral role, you are front line sales person who would build excellent clientrelationships, capitalise on sales opportunities and meet or exceed our salestargets. The ideal candidate would be an excellent communicator, quick to graspour products and industry and have a passion for sales.

Essential Skills & Qualifications

• Strong Sales Appetite or verycomfortable with ‘selling and sales’, preferably with a proven background insales background
• Excellent communication andinter-personal skills. Preferably an outgoing personality that is interested inpeople and quick to develop strong relationships
• Previous experience or knowledge ofthe Aged Care & Disability equipment sector is preferred but not essential.We welcome motivated individuals who are eager to learn and grow in this roleand offer excellent in-house training
• Determination, organised, autonomousand willing to go above and beyond for excellent customer service and results
• Comfortable navigating necessarycomputer/CRM systems to manage customer interactions and maintain records.
• Physically capable of handlingequipment demonstrations in and out of your van for ‘show & tell’ sessions
• Willing to travel regularly withinyour sales area to meet client requests
