Job summary

Everyday Mobility in Nowra is seeking a Showroom Specialist to join our admin, customer service and sales team. This hands-on role supports the elderly and disabled community by handling enquiries, quotes and service coordination.

You’ll spend your days responding to phone and email queries, preparing invoices and booking forms, liaising with therapists and coordinators, processing orders, and helping with store displays.

Qualifications

• Organised, detail-focused with ability to manage multiple admin tasks
• Strong customer service mindset and professional demeanour
• Proficient with emails, invoicing and data entry
• Physically able to move light equipment and assist with basic assembly
• Willing to obtain Police Check and NDIS Screening Check
• Clear verbal and written communication skills
• Proactive: takes initiative and solves problems with attention to detail
• Confident in presenting options and managing expectations
• Able to work both independently and as part of a team
• Up to date with flu and COVID vaccinations
• Weekdays only: Mon–Fri, 9:00–4:30

Responsibilities

• Responding to phone, email and in-person enquiries
• Preparing and sending quotes, invoices, and booking forms
• Liaising with therapists, coordinators and case managers on quotes and funding
• Entering orders, updating stock, tracking and accepting supplier deliveries
• Coordinating customer appointments and deliveries
• Demonstrating and explaining how equipment works
• Booking jobs for service and delivery team
• Assembling products and assisting with basic store displays
