As an Equipment Specialist, joining the team at our Wollongong branch, you'll play a vital role in helping clients find the right mobility solutions through hands-on equipment trials and demonstrations. Working closely with individual clients, their families and their therapists (Occupational Therapists & Physiotherapists), you'll deliver customised mobility outcomes that make a real difference.

You will travel across the South Coast region, attending scheduled appointments in the community — including homes, schools, hospitals, and clinics.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Conducting personalised consultations with therapists and families

• Fostering strong relationships in the community to encourage loyalty and repeat business
• Meeting KPIs and sales targets

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience in a customer-facing sales or relationship-based role
• Mechanically minded and enjoy working with tools & equipment (advantage)
• Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to manage complex needs
• Physically fit and capable of lifting/moving equipment
• Current driver’s licence
• Comfortable with MS Office and CRM systems
