Friendly Mobility is seeking a customer-focused Mobility Showroom Team Member to join our supportive showroom team. Reporting to the Mobility Showroom Manager, you will help customers explore suitable products, assist with sales and administration, maintain stock and displays, and contribute to a welcoming, well-organised showroom.

Friendly Mobility is looking for a customer-focused Mobility Showroom Team Member to join our supportive showroom team. Reporting to the Mobility Showroom Manager, you will help customers explore suitable products, assist with sales and administration, maintain stock and displays, and contribute to a welcoming, well-organised showroom. This is a varied, hands-on role for someone who takes pride in providing thoughtful service and making a positive difference in customers' everyday lives.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome customers and provide friendly, responsive service.
• Listen to customers' needs and assist with product enquiries within your training and authority.
• Support sales, customer paperwork, general administration and accurate recordkeeping.
• Receive, check, organise and merchandise stock.
• Maintain accurate pricing, clear product labels and appealing showroom displays.
• Use point-of-sale, customer and inventory systems accurately and confidently.
• Assist with product demonstrations, deliveries, promotions and community events.
• Refer complex clinical, funding or complaint matters to the Showroom Manager or an appropriately qualified team member.

About you

• Experience in retail or customer service; exposure to assistive technology or independent living products will be highly regarded.
• A warm, respectful and solutions-focused approach to customer service.
• Clear communication skills and the confidence to engage with a diverse range of customers.
• Strong organisation, attention to detail and time-management skills.
• Comfort using point-of-sale systems, spreadsheets and other business systems.
• An eagerness to learn about mobility products, the NDIS and showroom procedures.
• A current Australian driver's licence where driving or deliveries form part of the role.
• Make a meaningful difference by helping customers live more independently.
