MGB Public Accountants in Leichhardt NSW is seeking a proactive Admin to join our team on a full-time basis. You will support accounting and tax professionals, handle reception, correspondence, and filing, and help maintain a smooth, client‑facing office.

Responsibilities

  • Manage general office administration, including reception duties, correspondence and phone enquiries.
  • Providing comprehensive administrative support to accounting and tax professionals.
  • Organising and maintaining filing systems, both physical and digital, ensuring information is easily accessible.
  • Scheduling appointments, managing calendars and coordinating meetings for team members.
  • Processing invoices, expenses and other financial documentation with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Preparing and formatting client reports, letters and other business documents.
  • Liaising with clients and external stakeholders to coordinate information gathering and document submission.
  • Supporting the team with data entry, database management and record keeping.
  • Ordering office supplies, equipment and services as required.
  • Contributing to a professional and welcoming office environment.

About the role
