Job summary

The Co-Group Limited in Landsborough is seeking a Complex Behaviour Support Worker to join a 2:1 support team. You will work closely with one other Support Worker to provide high quality care for a participant, involving active daily routines, personal care and community activities.

Shifts include early, afternoon, night and sleepover options. You should be comfortable with long walks, swimming, and engaging with the participant to achieve meaningful outcomes while staying calm and patient.

Qualifications

• NDIS Worker Screening Check required.
• Blue Card required.
• First Aid & CPR certification.
• Current driver’s licence and reliable vehicle.
• Experience with complex behaviours and support plans.
• Ability to remain calm in challenging situations.

Responsibilities

• Provide 2:1 support in an active daily routine.
• Assist with personal care and daily living activities.
• Support community access and social activities.
• Participate in long walks, swimming, and mobility tasks.
• Collaborate with Team Leaders and Case Managers.
